The Libertas Choir and Orchestra present one of the world’s most celebrated and iconic masterworks, Verdi’s Requiem, which is a monumental work for chorus, soloists and orchestra. As the composer’s only large-scale work not written for the stage, the stature and artistry of the Requiem ranks alongside his operatic masterpieces, replete with intense drama and gloriously beautiful melodies.
